Graduate Student Recruitment Fair

To help support the diversity mission of ASEE the conference is planning to hold a recruitment fair on Friday. There are hundreds of students that graduate from the Engineering programs on the island every year. To help the students connect with the universities on the main land, we will organize a college fair and invite the students to be part of the conference on Friday.

Friday, March 2, 2017 Schedule

On Friday there is a combined student poster and Graduate school recruitment event. The poster session begins at 11:15 am and continues to 12:15 pm. The local universities will have a number of their students presenting work along with students from the mainland. This will give you the opportunity to meet future graduate students. We will also have the opportunity for universities to setup a table for the student to come and talk with the faculty. After this session we will have a lunch where you can invite the local students to sit and have an extended discussion about your university. See the Friday schedule for more details.

Opportunity to support the Graduate Student Fair

We are seeking members of interested universities to suport the Graduate Student fair by hosting a table and talking with the students about graduate opportunities at your university. If you agree to be part of the recruitment fair your university will be listed on the web site as a sponsor of the college fair so the students will know what universities will be present.
