The Conference full registration includes the following meals:

The goal of theThe lunch will include a welcome presentation, and the Keynote speaker, the Evans Award recipient. This lunch provides a networking opportunity between attendees and students. Use this time to meet the students and discuss graduate school at your university. Any registrant can bring a guest to the reception by purchasing a extra Friday Keynote Lunch ticket ($50).

Friday 6 pm - 9 pm Zone II Awards Dinner - Location: Caribe Hilton Second Floor Las Olas
Registrants, please wear your badge. The lunch menu is:
Mixed greens, orange segments, candied pecans, red onion, raspberry walnut vinaigrette tomato, fresh buffalo mozzarella salad, basil vinaigrette - grilled chicken breast and roasted shallots demi-glace - grilled beef tenderloin, pink pepper demi, sauteed mushrooms - baby glazed carrots grilled asparagus - golden Yukon potatoes with scallions

The Zone II is comprised of three sections: North Central, Southeastern and Illinois-Indiana. This Awards Dinner will have the three sections present their annual awards. Any registrant can bring a guest to the reception by purchasing a extra Friday Zone II Awards Dinner ticket ($75).

The Conference student registration includes the Friday meals only. Students registered can purchase the other meals below.

 

Purchase of extra meal tickets

Please purchase your extra meal tickets before Friday, Feb. 17. If you are a student purchasing extra meals, please fill out both "Name of Registrant:" and Name of Registrant's Guest:" with your name.
We are using PayPal and E.P. Innovations as the companies that manage the registration system. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. You do not need to pay with a PayPal account - there is a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below the paypal blue "Log In". Your completeinvoice will be provided at the conference. Your credit card will be billed to E.P. Innovations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A $150 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The Conference does not share, sell, or rent its mailing lists. You have our assurance that any information you provide will be held in confidence by the conference.

We occasionally use mailing lists that we have leased. If you receive unwanted communication from us, it is because your name appears on a list we have acquired from another source. In this case, please accept our apologies.
