Thursday Night Reception

The Thursday night reception will begin at 6:00 pm and will take place in the 2nd floor Las Olas Room and Las Olas Terrace.

Join us for light finger food and refreshments while you meet and greet your fellow conference attendees. There will be a cash Bar available.
The menu for the reception is:

Cocktail Puerto Rican Station - Fried green plantains with seafood topping; "chicharrones de pollo" (crispy chicken), meat turnovers “ empanadillas”; "alcapurrias", "sorrullitos" (Vegetarian), "piononos". Passed Hors d'oeuvres - Mini Ceviche with cilantro and avocado, Serrano Ham and Manchego Cheese, Spakakopita, Wild Mushrrom Tartet, Chicken Quesadilla Trumpet, Mini Beef kebab

The goal of the reception is for for everyone to meet every conference attendee. Any registrant can bring a guest to the reception by purchasing a extra Thursday reception ticket ($75).
